This A+ Family Dental in Souderton is a great place to get your teeth done. Dr Prat is one of the best dentists I've had working on my teeth. He's patient, gentle, and explains all the work he will be doing in detail. I definitely recommend this office.
Dr Prat, Is a very knowledgeable, compassionate fun, loving Dennis that I don’t mind coming to he he never over prices he is the staff is wonderful. I love coming to him because I enjoy his visit and how knowledgeable he is and I would recommend him to anybody to come.
We have been patients at multiple A+Family Dental offices ( Souderton, Harleysville, Chalfont). The experiences at first were great. As of the last few years, it has gone downhill. The office called and had to reschedule my kids’s appointments SERVAL times. They said they didn’t have a dentist in the office. We showed up for one appointment and the office was CLOSED. We did not receive a call letting us know they were closed. I have had to reschedule many times as well. The claim is always they don’t have the staff or the dentist only works until 3pm. The latest incident has taken me over the top. I schedule my appointment for this month @ 5pm. The reminder card comes in the mail and it says my appointment is @ 1:30pm. My 77 year old mom went to this place for top and bottom dentures. $1908 for first set. The impression was good, 1-2 weeks later the horse teeth arrived. My mom knew out of the gate that the teeth were not like the impression. She communicated this and was told the teeth were just like the impression. After of insisting, she was told that for another $500, they will fix their mistake. 2nd impression fit better than the first. Teeth arrived a couple weeks later, and they don't fit right. She told them and they said, well you signed that the impression was approved. The problem is, the impression DID NOT Equal the teeth she was given, for second time. They let her walk out the door and blamed her as some crazy old lady. They didn't think for a second that maybe, just maybe, there is a proble
The dentists at the Quakertown location are fantastic; they are thorough, caring, procedures are done quickly, and the work seems to be done very well. The administration is a different story.... They called me the day before my appointment to confirm the date, time, and the amount due after insurance. I confirmed all of this and expected to come in the next day. The following morning (day of my appointment, less than 24 hours later) they call to tell me the procedure was not approved. I went back and forth with this office for FIVE WEEKS prior to this.... First they said they were not receiving xrays from another office three times (I went to the office in person and watched them type the correct fax number), then they continued to bill the wrong insurance after I went into the office in
