A & N Dental Group:

This is the best dental group I've ever gone to! A kind, professional , warm and welcome atmosphere complete with politeness. The doctor was gentle with me and aware that I was nervous and he kept that in mind as he worked. I've been to some very nice dentists but none compare to the experience at A&N Dental Group. All of the dentists are nice but the main doctor is very good about taking care of patients too. He's funny and nice and takes his time to ensure your comfort and ease.

Before they changed management they were a great place and I referred lots of people. After the switch their customer service was terrible mainly the receptionist is very rude, unfriendly and has a condescending attitude. The dental insurance I had through my employer warranted a copay and would pay half of whatever service I recieved. everytime I went for service my fees would be paid at the end of my visit. Well I guess after they switched I get a call from the terrible receptionist telling me I had a balance from my previous appt. I told her that was not true and that she needed to check their records because I pay after every visit and I get a receipt. She was so nasty over the phone and went as far as saying they would put it on my credit etc.. If I had not kept my receipt from the pr
