Everyone at this office is very professional and extremely friendly. I’ve been a patient for a few years and happy that now my children get to come here as well. Angela and Barbee are exceptional and always greet you with a warm smile.

I've been coming to this dental office for over 30 years and, although it's out of my insurance network, I refuse to go to another office. Dr. Palmer has been phenomenal over the years and now Dr. Calmore has continued the legacy of excellent service. The overall staff has been nothing short of delightful to work with. I've been blessed to be associated with such a top notch knowledgeable and inviting group of people. The office is clean and offers a calming atmosphere. You can't go wrong. 🥰

TL;DR: Extremely misleading billing practices and lack of transparency I went in for an annual exam that was supposed to be fully covered by my insurance. I was diagnosed with 5 cavities. My dental insurance covers fillings at 100% (even out of network) up to $1,500 per calendar year. I explicitly confirmed this with multiple staff members, who repeatedly assured me the fillings would be fully covered. We even planned treatment across two calendar years to avoid any out-of-pocket cost. Only after all drilling and treatment was completed did I receive a bill for $1,400. I later learned that while my insurance covers fillings up to the cost of silver (amalgam), this office used white composite fillings without ever informing me there would be an additional cost or obtaining my consent to

I always have a pleasant experience with my dental visits at Dr. Palmers office! Such a family friendly environment. Today was my 4 month cleaning and Jamie was great! She took her time to make sure that I was comfortable and that all concerns are addressed.
