My husband William Jester west to this practice on June 3, 2019, for what he thought would be a tooth extraction at 2:30 p.m. the receptionist denied the appointment until provided proof with an appointment schedule card she the proceeds to tell us the oral surgeon didn’t show up. Almost 2 months since first appointment and having to deal with extreme pain you would think an apology or even a concern about his well being ,but nothing just schedule another appointment that will make 3 months of dealing with an infection.

I’m not sure how they expect single parents and such to get work done . Wasn’t able to have my toddler with me although I had my driver available to watch her . I don’t have a babysitter and her father works . I’m not going to be completley crippled after surgery he could very well get me and the toddler to car safely . No wonder your waiting room is practically empty with every visit I can’t even reschedule because I used the last of my PTO for today and tomorrow and I’ll be losing insurance
