Elspeth is a fantastic practitioner! I have been seeing her for over a year, and have seen dramatic improvements in my tension and pain. I used to experience headaches on a regular basis, and they have disappeared with regular massages. Elspeth gives the best deep-tissue massage I have ever had. In addition to a great massage, she also provides stretches and other self-care techniques for me to use in between sessions. I highly recommend her!

There are many massage therapists, but Elspeth does an excellent job of finding problems and working them away. I was surprised at how good I felt after her massage.

Not much to add from previous reviews. Selene does an amazing job! Definitely felt good after my deep tissue massage. Plan on seeing her again!
