Abbott Northwestern – WestHealth Emergency Room & Urgent Care

Set in a wooded setting with plenty of parking. Beautiful facility with very good security. Efficient triage and provider care. My three hour wait, turned into 1 hour. Very kind and gentle care. Spacious waiting room with cafe next door

I walked in ready to adopt a waiting room chair and name it because I figured we would be together awhile. We were not. The visit was quick, clean, and genuinely professional. Nurse Carly was calm, sharp, and made everything feel easy from the start. Dr. Brennom listened, explained everything clearly, and gave me a plan that actually made sense. ED tech Tiffany was fast, friendly, and on it. I left having learned a couple things. Nurse Donny also deserves a shoutout, stand up dude, really knowledgeable, great guy.

We had the absolute best experience here! We came here specifically because we knew they had a child life specialist here. Wow! Little did we know the doctor would also be phenomenal with kids. They made our experience too enjoyable. Pain free for our child, he smiled despite being scared, and the doctor truly cared for him!!!! I could write a novel about how impressed I was about the attention, care, and quality of care they gave us. We will be back here no matter where we are in the twin cities.

We brought our newborn in to be seen after an illness she caught. The care she received was wonderful and was so quick. They even had a pediatrician in urgent care to see our baby. Highly recommend this urgent care, we go to this location every time our family member needs to be seen.

I’ve always had a great experience here. Got in quick, staff were all great from front desk, to doctor, nurse, ct tech and registration. Things run smooth and efficient and the staff truly care. Edit to add: We were there this past week with my daughter as well. We were in quick and we specifically went there because they have a child life specialist and pediatrician from Children’s otherwise I was prepared to drive to Minneapolis. We stopped at our local urgent care first and when determined she needed stitches we went there. They were absolutely fantastic and my daughter was able to get stitches without sedation due to some great distraction and topical numbing. She even came home with a teddy bear and some crafts!
