This department of the hospital is no stranger to PAITENT MISTREATMENT. Avoid at all cost or risk losing your life or a family member because of the laziness of these doctors AND nurses. Not only did they send my grandmother home with covid MULTILE TIMES back to back and one of those times she had BEDSORES that were NOT there when she was admitted. The second time she was sent home she almost died in the middle of the night because SHE WAS NOT READY TO BE HOME. They tried to readmit her to Abigail but our family said no and she was sent to another department and had a completely different experience and actually got better. Fast forward to Friday 8/7 my grandmother was readmitted to abigal for breathing problems with fluid in her lungs. Yesterday 8/19 THEY KICKED MY GRANDMOTHER OUT for dem

I been taking my wife to the Abigail clinic for treatment multiple times. From the shuttle bus drivers who pick us up and take is to the main entrance. To the nurses and her doctor they all have been very professional and caring in assisting us. Though the Geisinger hospital is very big it's very easy to navigate and to find your way to where your going. If not there is staff there at the entrance who will assist you. It's very clean inside and covid protection protocols are fully enforced so you can always feel safe and all areas are very sanitized. I highly recommend your medical treatment needs to be done there.
