Awesome place I come back from school in New York just to take my dog Sebastian here! They are genuinely the kindest people and care is the most affordable. They have been keeping my pup healthy for about 5 years now. Very fast and efficient with vaccines and appointments.

They have the worst people answering the phone. I haven’t been in yrs but when I did the only one that was professional was the vet in the back he was very resourceful and helpful. Now today I call and the receptionist say it’s a note on your account “You weren’t happy with the services” and can’t come back. So as I recall I left happy knowing my dog was fine. So for whatever staff member put a note on my account lying that messed up be honest and say I had too many questions about my dog appointment. You don’t have to ever worry bout me coming there. But imma let the 🌎 know don’t spend your money there cuz the vet professional but he don’t be doin what he charging for at all…

Charge you for things you don’t even get and then the doctor has the audacity to not even show his face and just sends staff to do the talking for him. They charge you for a service that the pet doesn’t even get at the end and then they refuse to give your money back even though it was a mistake of them

No professionalism, poor quality, poor value and definitely not reliable. This is by far the worst place you could possibly take your pet. I have gone multiple times because it is the closest to my house and each time it’s a disappointment. To start off, the front desk receptionist is rude, unprofessional and acts as if you are wasting her time. Definitely not the environment you want to be around! I went from being stressed and worried about my pet to being stressed, worried, angry and frustrated. Made an appointment same day because my dog had a lump by his ear, they couldn’t help me out because they weren’t prepared? Yet when I went to make the appointment they were well aware of everything.
