I have sat on this contemplating to post this. 1st I want to say I have taken my kids here and they did a good job. However, on my day of appointment, I arrived 15 min early because I knew I had paperwork. I sat in the lobby until my appointment time. They took me back, the lady did my Xrays? Which was painful and she was not friendly. I sat in the exam room for 2.5 hours!! I had to go find someone to ask what was taking so long. Which I got the response he had a procedure run over. This "procedure" was for a person whose appointment was not until 4pm but they called him in early because they had time. I was there before he was. The staff was rude when I asked how much longer, and just kept saying he will be here soon. All other dentist I have been to the girls clean my teeth bef

If there was possible to leave less than 1 star there would be. Place is an absolute joke. Lost 3 of my fillings not even a month after receiving them. I don't eat anything really hard either. On top of the dentist himself( Joseph Jermin) being excessively rude and rough, telling me I need to keep my mouth shut because I'm screaming in pain and asking him to stop because I can feel my removal and he insist I quiet down and just keeps going. Also he will try and try to take teeth that were asked not to touch. He wanted take 3 extra teeth not because they needed removal he said it wasn't necessary but something he wanted to do. I declined, yet he still decided upon himself to give me extra shots and forcefully tried taking my teeth until I became hostile. This place just honestly seems like

Well my mom went here and they was very rude and made her feel very uncomfortable. Yes my mom is hard to deal with sometimes but that is literally your job to deal with all people. You should not make them feel stupid or uncomfortable. She called me crying because this woman who worked there was mocking her and made her feel some type of way. If you don’t like people from all backgrounds then you shouldn’t work in a dentist office. They couldn’t even get my dads tooth out left some there now he has to go to the oral surgeon. If you could not pull the tooth they should not have tried pulling it now he has a crumbled tooth still in his mouth. By the way my dad is 80 years old so they should’ve been more considerate made him wait two hours and he run out of oxygen why they was treating my mo

Omg, I love this place. Caleigh is such a sweet caring young lady. She is so gentle. And that she is so pretty helps also.
