You will make an appointment and be set out 6 months... When that appointment is approaching (literally finally less than a week away!) they will call and tell you they are canceling that appointment because a provider will be gone and continue to set you out an ADDITIONAL 6 months!!! Ridiculous! If you have to cancel my appointment because a provider will all unexpectedly be gone I understand that but please be considerate enough to find me an opening not an additional 6 months out smh. I completely understand they are busy but to me that is really inconsiderate. I run my own business and if I wasn’t able to provide my customer a service due to issues I was personally having I make sure I find a way to get them taken care of ASAP! These people don't care about your emergency. If you need immediate help you should find a real dentist who doesn't cancel you in the middle of a crown job with no availability for TWO to THREE months to finish it. Your practice is negligent and causing more harm than good! It's sad that your company will pay someone to reply with BS on Google reviews instead hiring more dentists and fixing the rest the issues people report in those reviews. It should not be not normal to cancel major work because you're short staffed. This company should not be allowed to be in business, they are causing harm!

So first this place was recommended to use. Wish I never took it cause Ive had nothing but poor treatment from the front desk, and care has not been the best either. Hospital tried calling them MANY times to set up a 6 week check up but no answer (never answered or called back throughout the pregnancy as well). While OB staff are kind, they are not equipped for high risk pregnancies (in my opinion). I had a 3:30 appointment but wasn’t taken back until almost 4. If patients can’t be late without being canceled, the least they could do is let people know they’re running behind. They blamed being short staffed, but once I was back there it seemed like more time was spent talking than working. They say to speak up if something hurts, but that’s hard to do when they’re constantly chatting about their personal lives instead of explaining what they’re doing. I had already had X-rays done, yet they repeated them instead of contacting the other dentist. I was told to remove my jewelry but wasn’t given anywhere to put it, and I ended up losing my industrial bar and nose rings—likely thrown away by mistake. If I could give 0 stars I would. In June of 2025 my mother went in for blood work because they were checking for her kidney and liver function pretty routine stuff. They were so focused on that and changing her medications that they failed to mention that my mother's blood sugar was 436. (We didn't find this out until last week when we downloaded the portal) DOCTOR Oluwafeyi Adedoyin (Dr. FAY) was her provider. Last week my mother went back in for more blood work and we downloaded the portal and saw that her blood sugar was 448. Only then did Doctor Fay want to check her A1c. Needless to say my mother is not going back there, I found her competent provider and Dr Fay should be ashamed of herself and should not be allowed to practice medicine. My mother could have died in the last 6 months.
