What a great experience! Mike was wonderful with my mother. He gave her a thorough exam, test and went over everything with her after he had gently cleaned her ears. She was so happy and we left with a lot of great information for the ENT doctor. He also had taken care of my husband and was very thorough with his testing and recommendations. We can’t praise him enough and highly recommend this practice!

I was taking my hearing aid out one day and it suddenly came apart into two pieces. I received these hearing aids in Europe many years ago and was no longer in contact with the sellers or my original audiologist, so I had no idea how to get it fixed. I delayed looking into it for a few weeks, but then realized I had an upcoming work situation where I might have to interact with a lot of people, and would need to be able to hear them. Just bought my second pair hearing aids from Michael at Access Hearing Service. There are many places around me that sell hearing aids, but I travel one hour (and would happily go longer) to get the help and deep skills that Michael provides. Fantastic service -- can't get any better!

Michael is very responsive when you call for an appointment. He wears hearing aids so he has first knowledge of what it’s like. I have worn hearing aides for 10 years and I find he has the best knowledge of fitting the aids of anyone I have encountered. You won’t be disappointed going to him.
