Dr Shaaban Is a great Dr. I appreciate how he's addressing my current health concerns. The other Drs, Nurse Practitioners and staff there are wonderful. I feel that they saved my life. Thank you so so much!

Great Primary Care visit for a wellness check. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. The wait time for the appointment was minimal and shorter than I have experienced at other medical offices. Dr. Shabaan is very approachable and fully explains any procedures or patient health questions. I highly recommend AccessPoint Healthcare: Primary Care.

Best staff anywhere hands down! Best in what matter you! They take the time to understand. They are caring, kind and courteous and respectful! They talk your concern through and they talk options and the treat you like family! I was recommended to them and I am glad I was! They are my care team and I’m extremely happy! If your not happy with your doctor or just want to see if he is better than yours the call and see if they are in network and call make that appointment. You won’t be sorry! I wasn’t!!!

Adel Kelly is incredible! I went almost 10 years without a primary care provider and was very nervous to get some things taken care of. She has the calmest and most genuine disposition of any care provider I’ve ever come in contact with! I also adore the front desk staff. You can clearly tell they enjoy their work environment by how they treat the patients. I find myself recommending this office to people multiple times a week!

Do not book online!!!!! Call for appt only!!!! So NOW I know. If you book online , “it’s only a request”. Even though it did show my “requested time” blocked out after I requested it. I even got an email. Now that email did say I’d get a text or email confirming. But as in most cases…. This is my mistake. Those follow up email and texts never come. That was my bad. I showed up and they couldn’t see me. Heck. I have a UTI, it took everything I had to get dressed and drive there. There was no way I could come home without some antibiotics. Got on Google and went to Emerald Coast where they take walk ins. It was a wonderful experience. Friendly staff… unlike Access… I was treated and scripts called in, in about an hours time. Yes, there were a few patients in front of me.
