I went there for an Annual Wellness Exam, but had a very bad experience. Doctor Patel did not answer any specific questions properly rather told me to come back in the next visit. It looks like he wants to make you visit again again, so that he could make money every time.
Was my Dr. for years. Just called them because I haven’t heard from them in a year. Asked about my annual check up which they always notify me about. Was told we don’t do that anymore, if you want to be seen you call us. I asked where the loss of care came from? And was told specifically, “we don’t care anymore “. Guess I am looking for a new Primary now. Blown away from this.
Rude attendants and staff. Indian Doctor Patel doesn’t answer specific questions and just pushes the patient towards what could result in a higher medical bill.
They do not respect the patients. The front desk staff and the nurses are extremely rude. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
Just say you're not taking new patients rather than hanging up, and then ignoring subsequent calls.
