I showed up this morning at 0750 for my 0800 appointment. I was the first appointment of their day. I was led in and had my vitals taken promptly. And then I sat there. And sat there. Finally, at 0845, a young lady came in and told me that the Dr wouldn't be in for another 30 minutes or so. Geez. I left. I assume they won't count it as a no show against me. It's not like she is an OB and maybe had to rush off to delivery or a surgeon called into the OR. I thought it was rude at best. And no apologies to me. Oh well.

I have been with this clinic for a number of years and have turned my immune system around for the better. All the staff and doctors are really kind and caring and make sure you are taken care of.

Excellent service with accommodating hours for parents and students alike. Highly recommend Dr. Dinger and her staff to those military dependents who can’t make it to SAMMC or Lackland AFB for their allergy shots.

I came here the end of last year because my daughter was having bad food allergies andthey would trigger eczema breakouts. I sat in a room for an hour with two kids under 2 with dirty toys and no sight of a doctor.When I left out to go to the bathroom I passed the breakroom where they were having lunch laughing away.Waited another 30-45 before saying I had to leave when they rushed in the NP or PA..cant remember. Either way , beside that...she came in and told me no its not eczema... and I show her pictures and she changes to oh yes it is. No its not food allergies...oh my yes lets send me for labs. Then- the doctor wanted to come in too so they had me wait a little longer for her to come in and take back half of what the first lady ordered.I never went back. I could of got more from th

Sounds like there is a lot of staff turnover in this office. I have worked in medical before so I don't mind being patient and easy going for things like insurance verification and what not. I gave them my insurance information over a week ago and I still have not heard. I called the office today and they told me to check my insurance provider list. I told her that's the problem because you don't recognize my insurance, you have to verify before I can make an appointment. Don't waste your time. I will update if I find better customer service.
