The staff of Advance Audiology in Norwood, NJ are excellent. Karen Godgart, Hearing Instrument Specialist has a kind heart. She is truly remarkable and professional that we respect and trust. She listens actively, gives sufficient time to hear my concerns and views. She ask insightful questions and explains things plainly and understandable. Isabela, the wonderful receptionist, is very warm and welcoming.She is incredibly professional, efficient with pleasant personality made me feel valued as client. This place is great. The polite and professional Isabela who is the receptionist at this location is pleasant and friendly. Karen who is the hearing instrument specialist at this location is friendly as well, kind, empathetic and knowledgeable at what she does. I felt well taken cared of and she was able to answer all my questions thoroughly with her knowledge. They made me feel welcomed and felt I was in good hands. I received a flyer in the mail for a free hearing exam. Having degenerative hearing loss that has begun to affect my professional career and personal lifestyle I thought it was time to see what help was available. Dr. Karen was patient, kind and empathic to my needs and fears about adding an aide into my life. She explained the new technology, compromised on a fair compensation, and most importantly made me feel secure about my handicap and improving my quality of life. Excellent service! We talked about my concerns and the issues I was having especially with tinnitus and fit a hearing aid that could address both my hearing loss and tinnitus. I am very happy with the result and they took my insurance which was an added benefit.

I’ve been going to Advanced Audiology now for about six months or so. I was first greeted by Isabella, very friendly and outgoing. I was introduced to the Audiologist Karen. (Of course, she was the same- friendly and personable.) Long story short, she tested my hearing and did establish that hearing aids would be quite useful. She explained the process, hearing aids, and what to expect. I was not rushed or pressured through any of this. I’ve gone back several times for tweaking, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Advanced Audiology to anyone.
