4 hours sitting in urgent lobby in severe pain. Wasnt given any ibuprofen after the doctor told me he would. Bathrooms were filthy. Security was having arguements with patrons. What am I even paying for? I come to the hospital once in a blue moon and everytime I've been here its awful. This hospital has no respect for their patients. I would have been better off just sitting at home resting. Instead I sat in a lobby where you can't even lay on the chairs and with the exception of the doctor and radiologist, nobody cared about my time or how I felt. Im seriously considering dropping kaiser. I cannot go through this everytime I am sick. Its disgusting. IN RESPONSE TO KPs RESPONSE: Generic response. Probably automated. Thats the level of care you can expect. If Kaiser has a response to these

Excellent care provided to my 6yo. He was seen, diagnosed, and trasnferred to a children's hospital for surgery within 2 hours. Dr Ihezie was kind, calm, and efficient. Nurse Ashley P started the fastest and most painless IV i've ever seen in a crying child! Nurse Sandy K took care of us as if we were family. Thank you!

If I could leave 0 stars ⭐️ I would…. This is the worst urgent care. Patients have been here 10 hrs without being seen. Only 1 doctor on call. The nurses are telling patients it should be long before they get seen knowing it will be hours before they get to a room. The staff in the back have been extremely ignorant to the patients, when they are asked how much longer until they are called.. A patient had to wait 5 hrs just to be told she had an UTI.

I did not want to come here in the first place, but it was much worse than I expected. I was unable to get an appointment with any doctors at any of the local Kaiser’s within the next 4 days, so I decided to just give this a try. The wait times are incredibly long, but they don’t tell you that. I checked the online busy meter before coming and it said that it was not busy. Then I arrive and there’s 20 people waiting. The staff say “I’m not sure how long it’ll be until you see the doctor.” I waited for 3 hours just to get some antibiotics for an ear infection and because it was not deemed an “emergency” several people who arrived hours (yes hours) after me were seen before me. The front desk staff was incredibly rude when I finally inquired about how much longer it would be. I finally decid

The wait time is long no matter when you go, but the quality of service is different depending on the staff. PLEASE READ YOUR NOTES after the visit. Some day shift employees will listen to you, talk to you as if they understand, then give you medication you can't use after conversing with them about your concern for taking that medication while at work, then lie in your charts. This made me not want to go back, but given my situation, I did at night. The night the office was mostly WOC, I actually got help, and left feeling a lot better. I went another time and they tried to avoid seeing patients by calling them to do a visit over the phone while they're in the waiting area. If patients wanted to do a phone or virtual visit then they wouldn't have come into the urgent care. DO BETTER KAI
