I have never in my life been treated so well at a doctor's office. From the moment you walk in, every single person greets you with a smile. The employees treat you with the utmost respect and make sure you feel validated. After dealing with the same issue for 10 years, Dr. Roquiz stepped up and got to work on day one. You're not just another patient here; they make you feel like family. This is the first office I've ever been to that truly wants to see you get better. They listen to your every word. I have high anxiety, and instead of being treated like an inconvenience, the staff all came in and talked with me, walked the halls with me, and didn't leave my side until they knew I was okay. Unprofessional. The nurse practitioner was writing her notes in a patient room next to the bathroom. She knew i was in the next room but it still took a long time to wait. She appeared tired, sweaty. They rescheduled my appointment twice. The guy who came in after me was told his appointment was canceled and they had been calling him. So he didn't get his appointment. I didn't feel like I was being taken care of by professionals. And I didn't get treated respectfully. Do not recommend.

Really unprofessional with how they handle patients. I've been fighting to get a call back and get some help on an urgent matter.

Had a great experience here today. Dr. William Mulholland was so professional and caring. Easy to talk to. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Grateful for this family medicine practice.
