I was a patient at this endocrinology office for several years, even continuing appointments after I moved out of state. Despite my loyalty, the quality of care and professionalism declined severely. Online visits provided almost no useful medical guidance — I learned nothing that I couldn’t have found myself. Yet, I was still billed for every session. Later, the office began charging for appointments I never attended, and when I tried to contact them to correct these errors, no one returned my calls or messages. This practice has shown a complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect for patients. It feels like they’re more focused on billing insurance than providing actual care. I was referred by my gynecologist to this doctor. I called the Turnersville office to schedule. The receptionist was polite took all my information and scheduled me in a timely manner. A week later I received a call saying the doctors reviewed my file and due to an influx of new patients they can’t see me. How extremely unprofessional!! I feel that’s an excuse and they just don’t want to take me on as a patient and deal with my specific issue. Do not waste your time with this practice.

Dr DelGiorno,and his staff are quite friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and how my treatments are going to be changed. I won't go anywhere else.

The doctor explained everything in detail. He was knowledgeable and professional. He really cares about his patients. The staff were very nice ladies.

I had to wait 2 months to be seen by a doctor and it had to be rescheduled. I waited another month for a visit over the phone. They canceled my appointment without telling me. All because they “didn’t receive my paperwork” and I did send it in 2 weeks prior and they confirmed they got it. The only thing they could offer was to reschedule for another month out or put me on a waiting list. I do not recommend coming here if you’re looking for a new doctor. I wouldn’t want to go to a place that screws up simple paperwork.
