Excellent doctors and facilities. We have been going there for 2.5 years already and very happy with it.

We've been taking our son to Total Care since he was born and he's 2 now. Mostly with Dr Nagorna and Dr Ansay and they are both great. They are also always able to squeeze in last minute sick visit, which is very important for an infant/toddler.

doctors r ok. but the front desk might be the worst experience ever. 2 years ago we took our new born to this place only because we live close by. we've only been there once, and never went back. we paid our only visit with cash, but we keep getting bills for all kinds of scheduled vaccines our baby never took. we told them we won't come back any more but looks like they kept charging cost. this is ridiculous. they still keep sending the bill to us even now, and no way to dispute.

Have been going here since my child's birth. Have never been disappointed. They consider and squeeze you in in case you need an urgent appointment. I get the help as and when needed. They talk patiently on call and explain and suggest alternatives to get my request addressed. And the doctors are the best! Won't change doctors as long as I an in NJ

Do not go on a Saturday! The wait is long and will be far expended past your original appointment time. However, if you can go on a weekday you will be seen right away with no waiting time. Sick appointments are exactly the same on weekdays, you can get an appointment within 1 hr. I've never had any issues with the Doctors, they answer all questions and give advice where appropriate. A few reception staff could be a lot more welcoming.
