AFC Urgent Care Dedham

This is a wonderful service. First, the ability to make an appointment, rather than show up and wait for hours to be seen, is a game changer. Second, the care I received was thorough and excellent. I am delighted to have found this provider and while I hope I never need this kind of emergency service, I’m relieved to know I can count on them in the future.

I always go this urgent care whenever we have a sick day. The staff are amazing. Our nurse and doctor was great, front desk worker was friendly and inviting. They’re all so welcoming and kind. The only thing is it was freezing in the waiting room. Maybe a few degrees warmer than outside!! That’s why I didn’t give 5 stars. It’s so cold in there idk how the women working there weren’t wrapped in blankets!! And it’s also not a good thing for people coming in sick.. so maybe corporate can get on that and either turn the heat up or get it fixed and then it would be better!! 🙂

AFC Urgent Care was wonderful. I had an appointment and I was taken pretty quickly. The PA was very friendly and thorough. She made sure my questions were answered and explained everything. And When I got to the pharmacy my prescription was already filled. Thank you!!

I encountered three individuals during my visit, the young lady at the counter who took my information the gentleman who did my vital signs and finally the NP or doctor. I didn’t get a chance to catch her title. All were pleasant and very professional thank you for your service

I have consistently gone to this location for several years (maybe 5-6 times in 4 years) for varying respiratory infections and things like broken toes, and I have never had anything but a very positive experience. The physicians assistants and nurse practitioners are always kind, thorough, and give excellent care. I would recommend this location in Dedham to anybody and will return due to their convenient evening hours & courteous office staff.
