AFC Urgent Care Lower Macungie

I have been coming to this urgent care never had an issue with the doctor's forms to be filled out but the New York City Transit authority I know there's no such a law or rules or regulation only that is urgent care not sure was the owner or franchise or manager for made up these decisions not to accept these forms especially on the family medical leave act which is a federal law and now they want to charge you $15 just to fill out a form unheard of every other urgent care especially the AfC urgent Care in New Jersey and elsewhere have been to never gave me a hard time The staff is great I have no issues with the nurse or the front reception The doctor said that it's one person above her that made that decision and wouldn't recommend to come here unfortunately that is their rules that they

I love going there. Alicia is the best at drawing me. Seeing as I am a problem stick I never have a problem when I come here. They are all very nice everyone behind the counter all the managers and I think his name is Jeremy. He is also cool and is quick to say how’s things going? What’s going on in your life blah blah blah just everyone there has great bedside manner. I would like to say great. Bedside manner is more important than anything nowadays. Have been to AFC 2 to 3 times. Have always received great services, friendly staff and smooth guidance made a better experience, the wait time was shorter than expected. The nurse practitioner Courtney she was great and very helpful thank you so much! I highly recommend the AFC Urgent Care.

My visit went very well here. It wasn’t really an emergency for me, so fortunately, I was able to schedule online the night before, which made things very easy when I got there. I got right in, the staff was pleasant and efficient, the Nurse Practitioner was very nice, and knowledgeable, and overall i couldn’t have asked for anything more. My daughter also had a good experience with them and actually had an X-ray done at their facility, which was very helpful and saved her a lot of time not have to schedule multiple appts. and having to wait for results.

(First time visit) I brought my husband in on December 20, 2025 for severe upper respiratory infection symptoms. Everybody was so friendly and helpful! We were blown away with how prompt the test results came back. This is literally the nicest, cleanest, and quickest urgent care in the entire local area. We will absolutely be coming here again, in the event we would need an urgent care visit, and we will be recommending this facility to friends and family. Thank you so much Dr. Morris!
