AFC Urgent Care Medford

One of the worse urgent care clinics; they seem to never be able to be on time or stay on schedule. I’ve always had to wait 45min to an hour before I’m seen for a scheduled appointment. They really need to do better at scheduling, make the appointments longer or better with time management of patients. I’ve always had work planned 2-3 hours after and still end up being late for work. The nurses and health care workers are so used to it as well, their attitudes are terrible. They will just put you in a room and make you wait for 45 min without any explanations and when you ask them what’s going on, they just reply they are really busy. Easy online appointment process. Timely appointment. Pleasant staff. The NA was concerned about my low BP and made a note for the PA. The PA was thorough on examining my rash and rechecked my BP manually. Afterwards, I received the visit notes in the email. The next day, I received a text to check if my condition had improved and the instructions if no improvement. Overall, I’m very pleased with the care. Thanks for being there when my PCP wasn’t available and I didn’t want to go to ER.

I’ve been here a few times now and it has always been smooth. Today I made an appointment online which made it easy to fill out all the paper work ahead of time. When I got there they saw me promptly. The nurses and doctor were really nice and worked efficiently to help. I had to wait for my test results (swab for Covid strep and flu) but it was quick and the Dr was super nice. She promptly told me the care plan and I was on my way. Recommend this place, I’ve only had good experiences.

My daughter and I visited this urgent care on October 10th around 7 PM, and I was so impressed with the entire team. The staff were incredibly caring, patient, and informative throughout the whole visit. The receptionist especially stood out — she was exceptionally friendly and compassionate, which is something you rarely see in urgent care settings. She made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The doctor was also splendid, taking the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and ensure we were comfortable and cared for. Overall, this was one of the best urgent care experiences I’ve ever had. I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness of everyone on duty that evening.

Everyone was so pleasant, kind and caring. I felt my concerns were thoughtfully addressed. Even as I left, the staff could not have been more pleasant. I truly believe they created a good health plan for me moving forward. I offer my highest recommendation!
