Updated review 2/26/2026 Very easy to schedule an appointment and fill out forms online. I love the convenience. Once there the care I received was exceptional. Dr. was very attentive. Listened to my issues. Took his time and was very thorough. Had an Xray, my ears were even cleaned out (thank you Trisha!) He talked with me, made some recommendations and ordered some meds. Also, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Trisha was especially patient and kind. I'm sorry if I've gotten the spelling of her name wrong. This was my first time here and was VERY happy with my visit. Needed a chest x-ray to see if I have pneumonia and I do. it was so much easier than sitting in a waiting room at the hospital for 8 hours for breathing treatment & antibiotic. They were quick & Dr.James listened to me that is always a plus. I will definitely come here again ~

I left my appointment with Dr. James Stringer feeling unheard, dismissed, and deeply disrespected. I tried multiple times to explain my concerns, but I was interrupted and spoken over, and my symptoms were not taken seriously. I did not feel listened to, and I did not feel cared for as a patient. In addition, my injuries were handled without gentle care or sensitivity. Given that I was already in pain, the lack of gentleness made the experience physically uncomfortable and emotionally distressing. I expected a basic level of compassion and caution when examining my injuries, and that expectation was not met. Brought my wife in for a allergic reaction They took her right away. Took vitals and assessed her. Determined she needed a shot of steroids. After checking on her very few minutes the determined that she could be discharged. Sent a prescription to her pharmacy to pick up meds

Great experience! The entire staff was wonderful. They showed concern and provided information throughout my visit. In addition, they were immediately available to make sure my prescriptions were processed accurately. I highly recommend!
