I’ve been coming for my appointments all this time 5 years all the time the girls are very nice very good attention but Kathia is the best !!! The new guy in front there next to her is so rude very bad attitude and not polite enough for the costumer service attention… but everything else is good

Do not go here. The care is absolutely subpar. I saw a PA/Nurse practitioner Brandy who was uninformed and clearly let personal bias get in the way of providing the care required. They never return calls but will call you constantly if you stop going to them to try and get you back. My prescriptions are wrong every time and getting them fixed is a nightmare. I tried to switch to some one else besides Brandy but couldn't. No one would help me it was always a call back I never got. If i could give them 0 stars I would.

I have gone here twice and it is the most reliable place to go especially if your primary doctor’s nearest appointment is 3 months away. The staff is caring and gives great advice. Fast services as well…depending on what time you go and if you plan on going Wednesdays they open at 12pm! If you are scared of your parents knowing your business or dont have insurance this if the perfect place for you because they are free and give free antibiotics.

Hey there, it's absolutely infuriating that I've been trying to get in touch with your offices. I need to update my insurance information and have a conversation regarding my referrals that needed to be sent to providers in Tallahassee, not Jacksonville. It seems impossible to reach any of you. Today, I got patched through to the front desk, only to be transferred to a line redirecting me to a third party not involved with my requests. The lady redirected me back to your office, which is now closed. I've been with AHF since the second quarter of 2020, and the service at the Fort Myers office is far better than this.
