AHF Pharmacy - Brooklyn

This is by far the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The staff is always professional, friendly, and caring. They go above and beyond to answer questions and make sure prescriptions are ready quickly. You can tell they really care about their patients, not just filling prescriptions. I feel lucky to have such a reliable and kind pharmacy in my neighborhood.

I been a customer for a Long time. Unfortunately there was an incident that made me write this review. I came to the pharmacy with my husband to pick up our medication the AfricanAmerican or Maybe Caribbean Lady who was at the register between 1:00 pm and 1:50pm on January 9th 2025 asked my husband for his Date of birth twice my husband clearly told her his DOB, she claimed not to be able to hear him then I told her his Date of birth naming the birthday MONTH day and Year to which she responded “ the music is too loud “. I suggested maybe the can ask the store to lower the music then she started and back and forth argument with me. To AHF PHARMACY please take into consideration care training you staff. I had given a 4 star rating on this pharmacy. They messed up once and fixed the problem with my deliveries. I was getting them on time for a while . Now I'm lucky if they remember me at all to the point where I've had to miss taking them once. When I complain they catch attitudes. I don't think they have the patients best interest on their mind. They either blame it on a new system they've had since October of 2024 or the company fixing the go packs I'm supposed to get. Someone needs to have this looked into. I'm sure if I don't call my meds would not be delivered on time where I wouldn't miss taking them. It's getting scary to the point where I think I should change pharmacy. 😕

There's trash, there's dirt theres 100 feet worth of crap and underneath all of that is AHF Brooklyn Pharmacy. These people are rude, unprofessional and dont care anything about their customers. There only goal is to bill your insurance for as much as they possibly can. They have tried to give me medicines i never heard of, that i wasnt taking thinking i'm just stupid and supposed to jeopardize my care while they give me anything they want just so thy can bill the insurance to make money. This may be why most of their customers health rapidly declines when using this pharmacy. DO NOT USE AHF BROOKLYN PHARMACY!!! Your life may depend on it!

Got prep here and it was such a great experience — came in as a new patient and was out in under an hour. Everyone was kind smiling and efficient. We are so blessed to have resources like this in the city
