Great facility and additional to west side of Greensburg. Smooth process and not as busy as Westmoreland Hospital. Usually gonna be a safer bet going to this location while still receiving good care.

Awful place. The ER doc told us "this is a glorified urgent care". She didn't offer any help and just kept asking US what WE wanted to do. Are you not the doctor? You tell us what needs done... It took us 1 hour and 40 minutes from entering the doors to being seen by the doctor. We asked for blankets as soon as we got a room, 30 minutes later a different nurse gave us some because she "thought we looked cold". Btw, the place was empty and there were cockroaches in the ER waiting room.

Cut my hand open at home, was bleeding pretty good. All they did was make it stop then shove me out in their waiting room for 4 Hours! They were Friendly but I hope what ever you come here for isn't all that bad. Basically a glorified MedExpress!

This is literally the worse place to go I wouldn't let them take me here if I was dying!!!! The staff were so mean,rude and completely inappropriate. One of the male nurses would not leave my room for me to change into my gown and when my mother ask him to leave he said " couldn't say I didn't try" and winked at me. I had covid so bad and i told them several times i had covid i was gaspingfor breath like a fish the one staff accused me of trying to get pain pills when I didn't even ask for anything but a breathing treatment and then accused me of being racist because I work in an asian restaurant.. Please don't ever come here!!

My fiancé was without insurance and was unfortunately sick. She had to go to ER and was sent home same day. This hospital charged my fiancé $8,843 for the visit. Nothing they could’ve done could’ve justified that bill. This hospital is charging it’s patients whatever it possibly can at egregious prices.
