Na Wang did acupuncture on my mom and forgot to take a needle out. When we called today the receptionist acted as if this was normal and said “well is she feeling better”. Didn’t even bother arguing bc that’s just ridiculous.

This review is for management from 2017. The male acupuncturist was aggressive, even after I asked to only be treated by the female provider. He would barge into the room demanding to be part of the care stating he had a right since he was a provider and his gender shouldn't count. Ridiculous behavior on his part!

Very professional and friendly staff. They really cared and helped my fathers back pain. The environment is also very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this rehab!
