The space was clean and she was pleasant, but I did not receive a lash lift result. My lashes remain straight with no visible lift. She referenced that my lashes are “fine, short, and delicate,” but I’ve had many successful lash lifts in the past with the same lash type. We had discussed expectations before the appointment, so this outcome was surprising and disappointing. She also mentioned during the visit that her specialty is actually brows, which made the result make more sense in hindsight. What was most frustrating is that if my lashes were not healthy enough for a lift, this should have been identified before proceeding with the service.
