Karen did an amazing job welcoming me right from the start she sought to make me feel safe and respected. I have been getting massages from Karen to treat muscle tightness and tendonitis symptoms from the various workout regimes I do. Karen has always listened to my concerns and needs, and really does a concerted job at trying to solve my issues by the end of the session. I know that people see Karen for relaxing massages, but I see Karen to resolve the muscular issues so I can work out and train to the best of my ability. Karen isn't scared to get in there and work using different modalities, and I appreciate that she has different approaches to solving my physical issues.

Yup, all the reviews are true. Karen is a gem! During my visit, she was very attentive and thorough. Noticing that I had some tension in my shoulders, she was able to tailor my appointment to spend more time there. And I saw results! I did some yoga the next day, and a lot of the poses were a lot more accessible. Karen is patient, understanding, and professional. I'd highly, highly recommend.
