Alaska Children's Urgent Care and Outreach

We had such a great experience today. They were able to get both of my girls in for an emergency same-day appointment while they were sick, which I truly appreciated. Check-in was quick and easy, the staff was friendly, and the provider Jennifer Austin, was absolutely wonderful. She gave us clear answers and results without any runaround and made my girls feel so comfortable. You can truly tell she has a heart for kids. Check-out was just as smooth. We are so grateful for the care we received!

The whole experience was great, especially with two very sick kids we appreciated the rapid support without the hassle that seems to happen too often these days at medical clinics. Scheduling & registering online made it easy. Checking in & check out at front desk went smoothly and quickly. RN and provider were kind and courteous, got things done quickly, but didn't make us feel rushed. Highly recommend this clinic!

The staff and medical team were so kind. They went above and beyond to help my child. They were thorough and made the process so easy for us. I highly recommend them and will choose them again. So thankful for the treatment we received.

Absolutely wonderful! Doctor Jen is so thoughtful and amazing and found and addressed concerns we didn’t even notice like a fungal infection! Walked in due to our primary pediatrician being on vacation and felt like we were regulars. The nurses were so kind and the check-in was on my phone so super quick!!! They even gifted us some free baby tools like desitin and a snot sucker! I felt like I went to the ER with how thorough and compassionate and logical their approach was without having any wait time like you would usually encounter at an ER. What a wonderful and compassionate primary and urgent care facility! I hope your kids don’t get sick, but if they do, please keep Alaska Childrens Urgent Care Center in mind!

Been taking my kids here for urgent care needs & physicals for years. The name has changed recently, but the nice people have remained. All the staff is really nice, understanding & listen to your children’s needs. Fast & easy to get in.
