I recently had Palatal Tori surgery at the Charleston Oral and Facial Surgery of Summerville, SC and just had to share my experience. My consult with Dr. Oliphant was very informative and he answered all of my questions and concerns in a profesional but friendly way. The surgery went very smoothly and the staff were very nice and explained every thing that was going on. They gave me not..one, but two blankets, got the IV hooked up, the heart monitor, and the nasal cannula. After that Dr O came in and things went fast! He spoke with me and while we were talking, I went 'out'. The next thing I remembered, I was in a wheelchair heading for the car! WOW!
