Allergy & Asthma Specialists - Doylestown, PA

The staff, for the most, part is great. However the company as a whole is a nightmare. They are always closing with little notice. Extremely hard to follow the injection schedule when they are randomly closing. I've called multiple times, to put it simply, they don't care. They have you over a barrel and they know it. About the money, not the patient. Staff is great though.

Shot nurses did a great job. Just wish there were more available days for shot clinic. Way too many people crammed into the waiting room. Too much of a health risk to us with asthma. Especially during cold and flu season. I would suggest everyone should be masked.

The visit was great. The one area that needs improvement is the ever changing walk-ins hours because the clinic is not staffed properly. It is hard to plan my shots when I can’t count on the walk-in hours. It changes a LOT. I have thought about finding another doctor because it is that bad.

Always very thorough! I have bad asthma and my allergies affect my asthma! Trying to get to the bottom of the triggers! Not an easy fix! Dr. Malloy is not giving up! Ordered some blood testing and seeing where we land!

Things have gotten worse here. I got a text saying my allergy drops were ready to pick up and the text included the Doylestown's office hours. I showed up during the hours in the text and they were CLOSED. Very frustrated as they wouldn't allow my significant other pick up my drops earlier in the week as well so very inconvenient. Additionally, now when you call, it's a hotline number and not actually someone in the office. It makes scheduling appointments that much more difficult and getting a straight answer from someone requires your call being transferred at least four times before you get someone who can help. May be looking for a new allergist in the future.
