Review for the clinic as I was never able to see the provider. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The rudest and most incompetent scheduling staff ever. This summer I made an appointment for Friday Oct 10 at 9am. I received confirmation about that on Fri 9/26, Fri 10/3, Tues 10/7, and was planning on attending. Then on 10/8 I received a new message saying my appointment was on 10/9 at 12:45pm. This did not work me. The number they gave me to call was to a different office that would not help me. I found the number and waited on hold for about 45 minutes before I got through to a person. She said my appointment had been moved and would not give me a reason why.
