Alpha Therapeutic Massage

I’ve been getting massage therapy for over a decade and can tell you with confidence Alex is by far the best massage therapist I have ever been to! His anatomical knowledge and expertise have brought me out of a couple nagging injuries over the last few years. He is extremely passionate about what he does and excels at it. He is also one of the most kind and genuine people I have come across. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone in need of an excellent deep tissue massage!

I started running later in life and have some other active pursuits as well, and as such have to be careful with not getting injured. Alex and his expert sports massage therapy techniques play a big part in keeping me on the trails and injury-free. His knowledge of anatomy and his unique massage methods contribute to the results of his therapy sessions. It is also nice that he is a fellow athlete and a kind person. I recently moved from Gainesville to Ocala, but still regularly make the drive to Gainesville for sports massage sessions.

His level of knowledge of the body & its physiology is second to none & he incorporates stretch techniques, neural flossing & traction- it’s so therapeutic that the results are long lasting.
