Our family is so thankful for Dr. Stephen! Her office is clean and organized. She is wonderful with my children. Best of all when my children have been sick I can almost always get them an appointment on the same day. We have been seeing this doctor for 8 years and I really would give her 100 stars if I could. I have never had a billing issue, her office is very well run. She is a solo practioner so I know we will see her 100% of the time and not worry about seeing a nurse practioner or different doctor.

This place is unreal. The Dr is great which is the only reason I am okay with a minimum of one star. The staff on the other hand are absolutely terrible. It is always something with this place. Since your dealing with these folks 90 percent of your time you would expect more from them. I spoke to two people who told me they could not send the prescription to the correct pharmacy because my insurance wouldn’t cover it at a second pharmacy. Not true!! Either way this is just the last of many downs with this office for me. Something so simple but their policy doesn’t allow them to help me correct it.

I really hope the doctor sees this review. The doctor does not show any kind of sympathy for children. They’re children. They’re scared when they walk into a doctors office. Instead of her trying to ease them into going through a check up she calls them weird for them being scared. Do not take your child here, please take them elsewhere. Our concerns were not even close to being acknowledged. Instead said “he’s acting weird, I can’t help him” my child was not crying, or being rude. They were simply scared as any child is going into the doctors office. we left and found another pediatrician. Who listened and is now looking into our child’s condition. Stay away from here. The only one person who as helpful was the medical assistant. Even the front receptionist was stand off ish.

We love this Dr. We drive across town just to see this particular pediatrician, she is honest sweet and a great Dr.! Office staff is very helpful and accommodating.

Doctor is very good with my daughters. They are always able to get same day appointments when they are sick.
