Amberwood Estates Nursing & Rehab

My father resides at this facility, and our experience has been disappointing. The level of care and professionalism has not met expectations. I would not recommend this facility. Edit 🚨🚨🚨 70 deficiencies! And fines! Look how bad their ratings are! This nursing home couldn’t care for my dog, let alone another human being that I love and care for. These people told my father that I didn’t love him or care about him, that’s why I placed him there! Very unprofessional!

I had to have emergency surgery and didn’t have anyone to care for my 94 year , and they stole her possessions even her teeth, don’t go here they are horrible and disrespectful trying to make you argue so they don’t have to deal with you so have the patience of a saint! I have to press charges because it’s grand larceny those teeth cost me 4k! And I have to because my grandma to old to get new teeth those are her last pair that first review was written by them begging for a review and I had to go back and tell the truth because months later nothing has been done but new people to avoid accountability NOT TODAY SATAN!don’t mess around with this company they are truly toxic! Have my grandma morphine and a pee suppressant that almost led to kidney failure. Because they didn’t want to have to

First let Me Say Not All Nursing Home Facilities are Perfect. The Things are going to happen but i can say that the staff there are Always willing to fix an issue if brought to their attention. When i go to visit my family member I'm always greeted with smiles.. I'm able to ask questions & give feed back with No Problems.. Would Definitely Recommend...

I feel it’s always appropriate to acknowledge someone at the desk, who is not a patient, instead of looking at them as if they invisible. Proper body language is always important. Raise a finger to let the person know you’ll be with them shortly. None of the above doesn’t take any time, but it does take politeness.

My grandma lives at Amberwood, and the staff there is awesome! Anytime something comes up, they're super quick to fix it and always make sure we're taken care of. No place is perfect, but they really go out of their way to make sure we're happy. The move-in process was really smooth, and the admissions coordinator was so friendly and helpful. We've had a great experience so far!
