My experience at American Access on Hillside Ave was very positive. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, patient, and attentive. They answered all of my questions and made what could have been a stressful situation feel much easier. I truly appreciated the care and professionalism shown and would recommend them to others.

American Access has significantly improved since my last visit three years ago. The new location is much cleaner, the staff is exceptional, and the overall experience has been excellent. I will definitely continue to come here for any followup appointments or emergencies related to my fistula..

They were helpful and really nice to my mom. Made her feel really comfortable especially since getting sick she has been suffering from anxiety with medical offices. The medical staff and physicians had us feeling at ease, especially me as it was the first time i accompanied my mother and didn’t know what to expect
