When a friend suggested oncology massage with Amy, I was skeptical. I was also self-conscious. But with her calm demeanor and thoughtful questions and reflections, Amy put me at ease right away. At every session, we talk about my challenges with MBC and risk of lymphedema before moving to the table. There, she uses a gentle, focused touch that melts away my stress and worries. I always emerge feeling calmer, stronger, and more positive after a session with Amy. Her holistic perspective on breast cancer and survivorship has helped me immensely as I continue to learn to live with my disease.

I cannot even explain how amazing my experience with Amy was! She went WAY above and beyond my expectations! I was diagnosed in February, had surgery in April, finished radiation in July and started an extremely busy new career in September and frankly I haven’t stopped for one second to think about how I was truly feeling. I just kept going and going and sure I was tired and felt like I had been hit by a train most days and I would maybe complain a little and then keep it moving, all the while just forgetting about ME and what I had just been through. It was all such an overwhelming whirlwind and I just tried to keep smiling and being strong. I was early stage and all of my results were best case scenario so everyone kept telling me how lucky I was and I smiled and nodded and said I know

Amy has such an abundance of knowledge, she has been such a priceless mentor to me in my massage therapy business. I cannot recommend her more highly for your needs whether that be breast cancer support, lympathic and scar tissue massage, or 1-1 business coaching. Thank you Amy for your generous time and energy <3

Amy Helped My Sister Save Her Own Life I had seen Amy for basic massage therapy about a year before my sister was diagnosed with 'triple threat' breast cancer, and I recommend Amy's practice to her right away. Because of Amy's guidance and support, my sister was able to craft her cancer journey with intention and focus; keeping her mind balanced with tangible to-do's, and ideas about where she might need more self compassion. With all of the resources Amy provided, I believe my sister was able to make better and best decisions for herself. I also believe that Amy's guidance and support is a big part of why my sister is thriving today, and I am beyond grateful for the big and beautiful work Amy has brought to our community!
