I made an appointment through my chart to see you guys with two different doctors at this location, then I receive a message in my MyChart stating they're not accepting new patients the day of the appointment and Joaan canceled it I tried calling several times nobody answers the phone, why is your site even available on MyChart to schedule an appointment if you're not accepting new patients? Joan it would have really been helpful if you could have called me at least and let me know you're not able to take my appointment and offer some kind of solution. 0 stars, you guys seem to be lacking attentiveness and professionalism don't worry I'm not interested in being a new patient anymore anyway

I see Dr. Parad at 79 Wawecus in Norwich. Both he and his staff are kind, thorough and very understanding. He is not an alarmist, he listens to what you have to say, then will take the appropriate steps.

Waited six months to get into this Doctor and it was worth the wait. Personable and thorough Doctor. So far so good.
