So far we have had a great experience. We were at Delaware orthodontics before, but our insurance changed so we were forced to change providers, I was worried but I’m happier here. Less wait time, I felt like it was a revolving door at Delaware orthodontics, feels like more personal care here. Great office staff too!

This office is amazing! Everyone is friendly and helpful and goes above and beyond dealing with the insurance companies so that your out of pocket amount is as low as possible. They always take my son right back, we rarely wait. They are also flexible with scheduling.

My daughter went here for her braces and a spacer type thing altogether I believe she wore braces for a little over a year. They first do a consultation, and map put a timeline of events. Sometimes you have to wait for teeth to come in to start treatment. Get the turtle spacer thing and wear that for a couple months. Then regular visits. They create a plan for payments and work with your insurance company. They even kept my parents separate from the other parents payments. They go above and beyond Everytime. The staff is friendly and you are not just a number. They teach the kids to be self sufficient and sign in and go to the back to get checked. I really liked the Middletown office and appreciate all of their hard work and coordination of insurance and keeping track of progress and payme

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a dental office. These people only seemed to care about the money they were getting. They refused to see my daughter because I was behind on payments. Granted that is my fault and I understood. But trying to talk to them seemed like I was being degraded for going through a financial hardship. I was met with a “not my problem” attitude. Unless you are of the wealthier class I would not suggest this orthodontic office at all.

My family really care for this office they welcome us with open arms. The staff are so kind and understanding. Maryann is so amazing we just adore her.
