Arbor Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

The recent review above is for a different facility, that isn’t the admin here. As a current resident, I’d strongly advise you reconsider unless you can visit your family member 2+ times a week, especially, on bath days. I’m here for rehab and it has been a horrible experience. Initially, I was so excited but that quickly changed when basic needs and services failed to be met. My recommendation is you visit the facility after 5pm at least 3 random times before you make your decision. Come enjoy a random breakfast, lunch, AND 2 dinners. Speak with residents and their families during those visits that have been here for 6+ months. While they’re trying to make improvements, unfortunately, the old behaviors and unprofessionalism influence the new hires and run the best workers away. Every 3-6

Phyllis the Administrator and Ashanna the Bom are absolutely wonderful. The facility has amazing room setups not like your typical nursing home. If you're looking around for a facility for yourself or loved one you should definitely schedule a tour. You won't be disappointed.

Very nice and clean place. I was very pleased to walk in to see my father and it was no smell. Very fresh and clean all the way to his room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only reason I took a star back was because the smoking area walk through,was full of cigarette butts.

If you're looking for sign, let this be your sign. DO NOT and we repeat DO NOT send your relative to this facility. If we could give a negative 25 stars, we would. We have documented everything but for the sake of your time reading this we will make this a long story short as best we can. Our relative was at Arbor Hills Nursing Center for less than 48 hours and would have died had it not been for a relative going there to check. Long story short the nursing staff overdosed our relative with narcotic pain medication. Upon arrival our relative was unconscious and breathing was very delayed. The nursing staff said our relative was asleep. When the paramedics arrived they could not understand why there was no response with all vitals being good.
