Dr Bibb is still amazing. I’ve been seeing him since 2001 and it’s always a positive experience. His assistant Rebeccah is the sweetest person and the rest of the staff is lovely as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Especially if you’re needing dentures or implants, he’s the best!

Very professional. Take their time to break it down explain everything to you. All the hygienists are great. And all their staff. My opinion some of the best in Jacksonville. The dentist is very professional. And very good at his job making you feel at ease. I would recommend these guys to everyone. First class establishment.

I had a deep cleaning done on Friday and when I went home I notice my teeth/filling was chip. On Monday I call to let them know my tooth was feeling sharp. On Tuesday Mr. H evaluated me and I was told my filling was chip and I had to pay to redo my filing. I told the office manager that my tooth was chip during my cleaning . No where on my treatment plan and xrays that was done 2 days prior to my cleaning stated my tooth was chip and i needed a filling. I told her it happen during my cleaning because I started noticing the sharpness on my tooth on the same day the deep cleaning was done. The office Manger refuse to accept responsibility that their practice chip my tooth/filing during my deep cleaning and tried to blame it on me because Mr. H. said I had an old filling. The best staff interactions I’ve ever experienced. Every one in the building is top notch and my X-rays and cleaning was speedy but didn’t feel rushed. They make sure your concerns are addressed and keep you informed every step of the way. They fit me in last minute and I couldn’t be happier!

I have a tooth pushing out of my gum i need pulled. I got the next available appointment and i would have to wait over a month. Holidays, bad timing, i get it. I asked if they could call me if they had any cancelations and waited it out. I go in today and am have an exam and they give me a $12K list of stuff they need to do. Im sure i need it all done, and if i have the money i would. But i really needed this one tooth pulled. And waiting that long just to not get it done and having to pay $100 (normally $300) to have nothing done about the problem I came in for is really frustrating. If they couldn't pull my one tooth that is giving me trouble without me having to do everything at once, I wish they could have told me when I initially scheduled the appointment.
