The interactions felt transactional rather than compassionate, and the recommendations appeared driven more by revenue than by medical necessity. Dr. Hoefer should get the award for best vetrinarian in the world. I knew this hard day might come when my beloved older dog would show signs of serious illness. The doctor has so much compassion. She spent an hour and a half with us and the whole afternoon calling specialists--then me--coming up with a plan. I feel incredibly grateful to have her helping guide us through this final stage in our precious dog's journey.

Everyone from receptionist to assistant to Doctor were very helpful and kind to both myself and my distressed cat! The appointment was on time and thorough. AND it was affordable. Will continue to use them as my vet and recommend them to others

The Ark staff habe been extremely supportive as we introduce a new kitten to our home. They saw her the day we called, and spent a long time with her multiple issues. They have also provided great personal support on the phone.
