Dr. Li-Lan is incredible! She offers varying services with top quality care. She is personable and supportive. She also uses intuition paired with years of education and training to build her patients up. Monica and the rest of the staff are also great to interact with also. I have been going to Armonia since September of 2018 and I cannot express enough, the assistance and gratitude these wonderful women have provided. They have truly helped with my transformation physically, emotionally and spiritually. Every practitioner I have seen is amazing! They each have their own style, which to me is what makes a place like Armonia so wonderful. Different approaches and styles, yet still helping with the bigger picture. I have only seen, Li Lan, Austin, Najeeba, and Jess thus far, all so wonderful. The office manager Monica is also amazing, I'm always greeted with a warm infectious smile and energy when I enter this space. Love this space and cannot recommend it enough!

January 2021: I began seeing Li-Lan to treat my chronic pain: my headaches and migraines had gotten so bad that about 70% of my waking hours were spent in pain. At just 38 years old, I was teetering on the edge of a very dark place because I couldn’t find enough escape from the pain to fully participate in life any more. I’d been working with exceptionally high-achieving doctors at Duke Health, but their pharmaceutical interventions led to me having a stroke (at 38!) and then experiencing worsening pain with limited options.
