I would like a written set of notes from Dr. Austin. She told me several important instructions, they were not recorded in information in the report about my visit. If those notes could be sent to me by text, email, or direct message it would be helpful. I need to share this with Dr. Ondash, my GP, Dr. LOUKAS, Oncologist, Dr. Tiblier, cardiologist, and Physical Therapist. Dr. Austin wrote a brief note to him but did not mention several. Instructions she gave me. Otherwise, I was very pleased with my treatment here. I went in very nervous about the exam. The entire staff put me at ease and made sure I understood what to expect. Thank you all.
Dr. Pokala is an excellent doctor that has always listen to me and has given me great service and very caring! He is also been a doctor for my husband. We both are very pleased and are very appreciative of all his kindness that he has had towards us. Forever grateful!!!
From the front desk receptionist to the nurse then the doctor, the nicest group of people. I am so pleased with their friendliness, kindness , and their professionalism. Dr Shah is fantastic! Unfortunately, his staff Brenda, Lisa and Charee couldn’t care less about patients. Brenda is a terrible office manager. Denying care that I really needed. Said it was elective, yet billed my insurance. I’m certain that’s fraud. Lisa and Charee just are not interested in patients. They ignore any and all that I sent through portal. Utterly useless! Sorry Dr Shah but I need people who care not others that do nothing! Will find new neurologist.
Dr. Eric Krause is a wonderful Neurologist. His office is great. The only reason I gave 4 stars today is the parking was crazy! There appears to be some construction going on ... maybe they took up the parking. My husband is handicapped so I had to drop him off with his transport chair and go find a parking place out back.
