The receptionists ladies are nice up front and in the radiology area. Crystal Nelson is so caring. She made sure to ask me about all my symptoms and even made sure she wrote down everything. I’m glad thanks to GOD I got put with doctors who actually care about their patients ♥️

As always, everything moves smoothly (no pun intended) from checking in to discharge. The front desk staff are always cordial. The nursing staff is hilarious. They’re like an extended family. Everyone involved in your procedure comes in, introduces themselves and explains their job and ask you if you have any questions. When in the procedure room they explained step-by-step what they’re going to do, make sure that you’re comfortable and then you wake up in Recovery to another smiling nurse, making sure that you’re doing well and that the person with you understands the next steps for your recovery and downtime.

Dr. Cassie Bieker is awesome!! Her attention to the details are wonderful!! She speaks clearly and to the point. You can tell that she really cares about her patients! She takes time to visit with you and to make sure that you totally understand about what she is telling you about your health. Thank you Dr. Cassie!! Keep up the great service!!

Crystal Nelson is great. She took time with me and explained in detail the medication changes & what theybwere for & what they did. She also is exploring different options with Dr.Kilgore for my condition. She has a great bedside manner & warm, wonderful personality!

Dr. Gorantla was very kind and caring. I am a new patient to her but she had taken the time to know my past medical history on my issue. I have complete faith she will be thorough on my upcoming procedures.
