Dr. Chalavhi and his team were our life line in a life crisis. My husband had been experiencing severe pain in his head, neck and shoulders after a car accident for 13 mnths. His visit with Dr. Chalavhi was his 7th consultation with MD's trying to determine the prblm. Dr. C & his CPA assessed his issues and evaluated the areas of pain, loss of mvmnt., & numbness. Dr. C then explained to my husband what his symptoms revealed, where they stem from, and why he's experiencing pain & losing range of motion. He then asked my husband to confirm if they assessed correctly. Praise the Lord, finally someone diagnosed the prblm and had a plan of action to correct it. Dr. C and his entire team were incredible. Dr. ZiU and his team are a well oiled machine to say the least. I am in awe of their kindness and care for their patients and very appreciative to be the recipient of the care from each of them. Dr. Ziu - The Best! He meets you right where you are and addresses every concern. Takara then takes every opportunity to process the referrals, schedules, everything, to meet the demands of insurance requirements for the procedure(s) Dr. Ziu recommends. The facilities were top notch. My biggest problem was the wait time for actually getting the appointment and the number of cancelations for it - often without receiving a notification. Since I have to depend on Uber for transportation, I incurred unnecessary expenses for showing up only to find my appointment has been canceled. The PA I saw - Bill - was very informative and he quickly developed a plan of action after consulting with Dr. Ziu.

I was very comfortable with seeing Dr Parker and his diagnostic opinion on getting another MRI prior to any further treatment. He was very informative in explaining my current condition and if after this next MRI, I would trust him with any further treatment suggestions including surgery. Thanks Dr Parker your the best!!

I would highly recommend Dr. Ziu for anyone having ddd. He doesn’t want to perform surgery unless it is a last resort and is mindful of future complications and benefits. I trust him and he explains things very well.
