Ascent Dental Care (Powered by Great Expressions Dental Centers)

It was horrible. I was denied service because I would not pay for the deep cleaning at this appointment. Out of pocket would have been around $750. I said I would consider it but not at this time. The hygienist Pam said her license was at risk if she didnt deny my normal quarterly cleaning. She said I was at risk of heart disease. I have been a patient for years, this is the first time I have had any issue at all. Is this Ascents or Pam’s policy.

I have been a patient of this practice for many many years. Pamela Elliott RDH is the best hygeniest hands down. Knowledgeable, personable, quality care and the best this practice has. What I did observe is she no longer has an assistant to prep for next patients or clean instruments. Why has this changed? In her capacity, this should be a necessity. Pam is hands down the best in her field. So compassionate and listens to her patients.

We followed Theresa and Pam from the Wilbraham office. We were sad to see Theresa was moved to another office at our last visits. She was cheerful and inviting and the office isn't the same without her. The people at the desk now are not personable. Pam the hygienist is wonderful and does an excellent job. Those two were the ones that made going to the dentist not seem so bad. Wasn't impressed with the dentist. Came in without even acknowledging the patient multiple times, talking about random non work related things with other staff in the room. Had to go back to have something fixed and he didn't seem very caring. Chairside manner and skill are important. If it wasn't for Pam we would have left.

Pamela is very professional and always a pleasure to have work with me. The only reason o continue my patronage is because of her. If I was to offer any suggestions, it would to be bringing Teresa back, the office atmosphere is 100% not as good as it was on my previous visits. Changing her to another office was a bad decision….

I love this place because of the dental hygienist, Pam E . She could not be better. She takes her time, she's so gentle and knowledgeable.
