Aspen Dental - Keene, NH

Dr. Mitchell is just such a delightful person. He is so knowledgeable and the way he treats patients makes me feel so comfortable in a setting I’m usually very uncomfortable. Pricing was fair and everything was explained upfront to me by a front end staff that really seemed to know what they’re doing. Highly recommended practice.

I always come here, and I have always had great experiences. Today was exceptional. I have some pretty large mandibular tori in my mouth so getting X-rays is always very painful for me and I dread them every time. Charlie (hygienist) tried some different techniques that made something that’s usually painful and causes extreme pain to my mouth absolutely painless. To top it off Dr. Alex is so personable and great at what he does. The quality of his work is amazing! Thank you Aspen crew!

I just enjoyed my first appointment with Aspen Dental in Keene. From start to finish, everyone was kind and professional. The facility is sparkling clean and all equipment is modern. I look forward to maintaining dental health here with these skilled practitioners.

Cannot recommend. I stay up to date on my cleanings, every 6 months without fail. Just moved to Keene and I didn’t realize I was making an appointment at a sales-based dental office. After the exam I was told I needed about $3000 worth of treatment based on the condition of my teeth. Umm, what? The hygienist gave me some sales pitch story about how he’d treat me like he’s my brother and I’m his sister and and trust the plan and my best interest is at heart, blah blah, huh??!! Surely my last dentist of 5 years would have told me this just 6 months ago? It was a waste of my time because I still then had to find a dentist for a cleaning. Said thanks but no thanks and went to a dentist unaffiliated with private equity ownership. I did not need expensive work, in fact I only needed the cleaning

Aspen Dental Dentists and Dental assistants/hygienists/and other staff at the Keene, NH location are always friendly and welcoming. Basic dental care here is at expectation but never exceeds to exceptional care. Now based on other reviews, I see I was not alone in finding out for the first time I supposedly have gum disease after never being told there are concerns by other dentists. I agree it’s inconvenient to show up for a cleaning to be told I’ll only get X-rays and an evaluation and that I need to come back for a deep cleaning and to be sold on special toothpastes and promotional water flossers, etc. my out of pocket expenses for treatment at Aspen were crazy, especially for being the only dentist in my area that is covered by my insurance. I do not think this is my insurance’s issue…
