I was impressed with the efficiency of each person involved and the prompt response to my specific issues. I had been seeking professional advice for 3 yrs before finding Aspen Dental as a referral from a friend. I am happy to have facts so a decision can be made.

This aspen is truly the best dentist I’ve been too! I was extremely nervous considering how long it had been since I seen a dentist, but they did a really great job at explaining my treatment options, and how important dental care is. Everyone was so friendly, and Dr. Miller was amazing! Would 10/10 recommend this dental office to all.

I was greeted by front desk staff every visit with a smile as I was check In. I was called to the back by Shantel who made me feel so comfortable with my visit. Every Step was explained for the process of getting implants and schedule my next visit. I was introduced to Karl the Lab Technician who asked and answered any questions i had to ensure me that I would have my dentures made well upon my request. The Doctor reassured me once again and explained that he would be there throughout this process. Aspen Dental in Monticello , MN is the definition of a Team. Working together from the time I got there until the time my visits was over. Now I'm waiting time for my final smile.

Was told needed root canal and it would be $650. They made me pay it 2 weeks before my appointment, which I did. The day I went in, the dentist told me my tooth was too far gone, and it needed to be pulled, which was only going to be be $80 instead of the $650 I already paid. That was like 4 months ago, and I still don't have the rest of my money back. They want to be paid 2 weeks in advance, but when will I ever get my money back??

I have had only good things to say about this Aspen! All of the staff take their time to help you better understand your treatment. I feel like I’m in good hands, and would recommend this dentist to anyone!
